Expected function
This part fits into a ceramic valve cartridge.
It needs to fulfil two essential conditions:
- reducing running water noise
- offer suitability for producing a part with an especially complex shape

Using tests conducted by the customer, we took part in the design of a mesh that met the silence criteria as well as defining its heat treatment, as well as taking part in developing the process using a cutting and stamping tool and a twelve station follow-up tool. Only a mesh that cannot come apart makes it possible to manufacture and fit such a part.
