The requirement: The aim was to find inexpensive transparent and rigid protection, that could be drawn with moderate bending of the lattice. To combine efficiency, aesthetic appeal, discretion and savings.
The METAL DEPLOYE solution : We recommended a square shaped mesh with a low section of strip to meet the transparency criteria.
A mesh was chosen that would not allow a child to insert their finger and that could be deeply drawn. Determining and validating the features that the steel required was an absolutely key stage in this project.
