Transparent TV satellite dish
The requirement: These satellite dishes are made by injecting transparent thermoplastic around a metallic lattice. The lattice ensures that the TV waves are reflected.
The METAL DEPLOYE solution: Tests allowed us to develop an aluminium mesh whose dimensions could reflect the TV waves in the satellites' emission spectrum whilst being hardly visible.
Expanded metal's single piece structure further enhances the electrical properties.
